Rebag offers a straightforward 7-day return window for all items, ensuring your luxury purchase meets your exact expectations. All returned items must be in their original condition with the Rebag security tag still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Rebag account within 7 days of delivery and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid insured shipping label provided in your account dashboard to ensure your high-value item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Secure the Package

  Place the item along with its original dust bag, authenticity cards, and the Rebag security tag into the shipping box, sealing it securely for transport.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and track your return status online as our experts conduct a final quality inspection.
